Our team

Nikola Dunkelberg, LMFT

In therapy, I strive to create an environment where every client feels seen, heard and understood. I believe the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist is a powerful vessel for healing and change. I hope therapy can be a safe place where you are able to heal and grow! Therapy can provide: new mental health tools to improve quality of life, a place to explore hard issues, and collaboration for creating a healthier family or relationship dynamic. Therapy can also provide tools to grieve past experiences or simply a place to learn more about yourself.

I have special experience in EMDR- trauma therapy. EMDR is an evidence based therapy to treat PTSD symptoms as well as depression and anxiety. EMDR is extremely effective in reducing symptoms but can take 8-10 sessions or more in order to complete. I also have special training in ERP (Exposure Response Prevention therapy). ERP is the gold standard to treat anxiety and OCD. ERP is extremely effective in treating OCD symptoms that inhibit quality of life. It’s important that clients who are diagnosed with OCD receive treatment from an ERP trained therapist as traditional talk therapy can make OCD symptoms worse. I have 32 hours of ERP specific training and am committed to continuing to learn the latest research and best practices for treating OCD.

I see clients who are 18 & older.

Julie Robinson, LMFT

I believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship and the importance of creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I am passionate about hearing each person’s unique story and walking alongside them through life’s transitions, challenges, or seasons of growth. No one is immune to the struggles of everyday life, and I believe healing begins when people are met with compassion, understanding, and hope. My goal is to help clients identify the changes they want to make in their lives and move toward lasting growth and healing.

I work with teens (16+), adults, and couples to identify unhelpful core beliefs, process past hurts, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier patterns of thinking and connection. I strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel accepted and empowered to grow.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Systems Therapy. I also have training in Gottman Couples Therapy and ERP (Exposure Response Prevention therapy), the gold standard to treat anxiety and OCD.

Whether you are seeking individual or couples counseling, I would be honored to support you on your journey toward greater wholeness, healing, and meaningful change.

I see clients who are 16 & older.

Andrea Crank, LCSW

I’m a licensed clinical social worker and have had experience in mental health therapy since 2019, working with children, teens, parents, and families. I have a deep drive to help vulnerable populations feel empowered and address the systemic barriers impacting their well-being. I advocate for clients to be seen and heard and have their needs met to ensure a healthy mindset and stability for growth in all environments and dynamics. I always strive to provide a space that is safe and nonjudgmental for clients to share their stories. I would be honored to have the privilege of working alongside your journey and helping you on the path to resilience.

My therapeutic approach is focused on providing a client-centered environment and collaboration that integrates the following evidenced-based therapeutic strategies: Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Parent Management Training (PMT). My approach helps with overcoming trauma, anxiety, depression, and building healthier family dynamics. I am in the process of completing training for ERP therapy to further my ability to help with the challenges of an OCD diagnosis in both adults and children.

I have special experience working with adolescents and their parents. My approach helps with expression of emotions and psychological challenges that cannot always be articulated verbally using play techniques. Through therapeutic play, children can learn emotional regulation, overcome trauma, anxiety, depression and behavioral challenges. I also come alongside parents and help them learn and identify therapeutic tools to improve the home environment.

I see children ages 4 and up, teens, & adults.
